Before I got on, I thought to myself, "I bet they'll put up the Oak's Letter event soon, due to their quickness at releasing the events lately". I WAS RIGHT! WOOHOO!! </kiina>

I'm happy, since it unlocks the Gracidea, and is a Shaymin in general. =) Now I'll just need an Arceus, and I'll be able to get all of the gen 4 Event Legends.(Since I've already got Manaphy/Phione from Diamond, which was from a trade and from Ranger)

Omega Blademan: Hi. I'm here to tell you this extra special set for Bibarel I have been thinking up with my mind for like 3 months now. Ya wanna know what it issssss... ?

Omega Blademan: Itttsss...

Nature: Any nature works perfectly
Items: You don't need one =)
EV Spread: Any combo works perfectly.
Ability: Same as above
~ Cut
~ Rock Smash/Strength
~ Waterfall/Surf
~ Rock Climb/Strength

Cut and Rock Climb are there for that oh-so-lovely STAB. And Strength too. Also Waterfall and Surf. Rock Smash is a good option since it has a good chance of lowering the opponent;s defenses, leaving you an easier time to sweep. The reason you have two/three Normal moves is that you don't have to worry about being PP Stalled of your STAB.  

Rock Smash plus a normal move make a GREAT neutral combination other than the Ghost type, which you can hit with Waterfall/Surf anyways. Waterfall has less power, but Surf has more, offsetting its 55 Base Special Attack stat.

Two STAB moves? You NEVER put two same STABs on one set (There are exceptions though). Rock Smash? Superpower is way much better. And why Surf? Waterfall is the better option, since his Attack stat is decent, unlike its putrid 55 Special Attack stat.

And why cut? >_> Strength has more power, and is more accurate than Cut. Not that I recommend Strength though.

I can't even see why you would want to ditch EVs, Nature, and all the important things in competitive play. They play a big role whether you win or not.

In my opinion, this may be a help in-game, but this set is just horrid. You definitely need a lesson in competitive play. -_-

Other: But Superpower is better in the long run. There's this thing called switching out.

You didn't include accurate Base Stats or Tier, Dudebot. Not to mention you didn't even list an actual Function. It's called ParaFlinch. -_- And calling EVs and Natures unimportant? Dudebot, I seriously need to retrain you ASAP. NOT LISTING TWO OF THE POKEMON'S FOUR MOVES!?! I don't usually use CAPS, but this....What is this I don't even

Just use the second move(I don't know which it is... I think it may be Endeavour)  first, the other Pokemon will go first, and attack, but the Sash will kick in and block it. The move will then knock the opposing Pokemon to 1 HP. Next turn, use Quick Attack, and unless the opposing Pokemon also uses Quick attack, it'll faint the Pokemon before the opponent can faint you.

actually i think mine is better, rattata has enough speed to dominate nfe, (though it may be a tier >.>) and quick attack has minimal power.

I played a Fear Rattata on Shoddy Battle, and my lead Jirachi flinched it lol Easy enough to beat.

-Swift Swim: Pokemon's Speed Stat is doubled in the rain, however, Speed is not doubled on the turn that rain is summoned into play.
-Sniper: Critical Hits do 3x damage instead of 2x

Recommended Setup:
Kingdra@ Life Orb/Damp Rock
Swift Swim Modest
252 SpAtk 164Speed 92HP
-Rain Dance
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor
-Signal Beam/HPElectric

The item of choice depends on who is on your team. Use Life Orb if you've got Rain Dancers on your team already that bring in the rain. With the Evs as they are you have a Above Average Special Atk, backed up by powerful STAB and Rain boosted attacks. In the rain Swift Swin doubles your speed, outspeeding almost all choice scarf users.
Rain Dance is required in the moveset in case Kingdra is a late game Sweeper and needs to set up rain. Hydro Pump versus Surf is Power versus PP and accuracy. Dragon pulse is the better option if you plan to leave Kingdra until the end of the battle, but Draco Meteor is better when you can still switch. The last move is wether you  want to be able to beat Celebi and dark and psychic types, or Gyarados and Vaporean scare you.

You can also go with a mixed moveset, in which case you'll need to switch the nature of the set to Mild or Lonely. The EV spread will need to be adjusted to give emphasis on atk and less on SpAtk. The moveset should be changed to:
-Dragon Dance/Rain Dance
-Waterfall
-Outrage/Draco Meteor
-Surf/Hyrdo Pump

You'll generally want to go with Rain Dance over Dragon Dance, as RD boosts two STAB water moves by itself, and double speed. Outrage vs Draco Meteor is dependant on how mixed you want to be. If you're concered about Blissey, then go with Outrage, and if you worry about Physical walls go with DMeteor. Two moves of the same type are okay here, as Water/Dragon covers alot anyways, and the two STAB water moves are of different attacking ways.

what do people besides blade think of my review =P

[The Host]

Blade's setup has more potentiel than yours, although I'd rather fight the one you have. With the set up, Hyper Beam and Ice Beam are coming off of a 1 SpAtk Stat, and with the defences you have you won't live long enough to put any use to Focus Energy or Tail Whip.

Amusing though, since it can't be taken seriously.
