ddude: I am as well. And as I went through the Kanto Elite 4 in FireRed, I wrote down what happened. I'm gonna be editing this post with it veeeery shortly.
Kanto Elite Four: Take One; Setup:October 05, 2009, 06:16:08 pm: I've almost got all five of my Kanto team to Level 63... Then I can go fight the Elite Four...
October 05, 2009, 07:08:56 pm: 'k, this is it; Elite 4 Kanto: Take 1!
Kanto Elite Four: Take OneOctober 05, 2009, 07:10:17 pm: Lorelei's up first; I'm leading off with a Pikachu with an Amulet Coin because of that.
October 05, 2009, 07:11:46 pm: Er; scratch that, I'm restarting >>; Forgot to heal xD
October 05, 2009, 07:13:00 pm: Take 2. =P
Kanto Elite Four: Take Two; LoreleiOctober 05, 2009, 07:13:43 pm: As I was saying, I'm leading off with the Pikachu, and Lorelei's leading off with her Dewgong.
October 05, 2009, 07:14:38 pm: Thunderbolt almost fainted Dewgong, but it's Surf took out half Pika's health. I'm glad I took the time to raise my Pokemon to level 63...
October 05, 2009, 07:15:31 pm: And there we go. One Pokemon down, four to go. Let's hope Pika can hold out...
October 05, 2009, 07:17:59 pm: Cloyster's up next. Let's see if I can one-hit this one, or even get lucky with Thunder(... On second thought... =P)
Knew Thunder was a bad idea; I missed and Cloyster got a turn to get Hail out on the field. Thunderbolt then proceeded to One-Hit the Cloyster.
October 05, 2009, 07:18:40 pm: 'k, so Slowbro's next, and Hail's still out on the field. I may have to use my first Full Restore soon...
October 05, 2009, 07:20:15 pm: ._. Slowbro survived my Thunderbolt and miraculously fainted Pika. ... Meh, he only had around 50 HP left, so it's not that big a deal; but now I have to rely on Saur to take out the rest of her Pokemon, some of which are Ice Pokemon... Gonna send it out anyway though.
October 05, 2009, 07:20:40 pm: ... Oh sure, the hail goes and faints Slowbro right after I send out Saur. >_>
October 05, 2009, 07:22:00 pm: ... Oh boy. Lorelei's sending out Lapras now... I have this bad feeling that an Aurora Beam will spell the end of Saur soon.
October 05, 2009, 07:23:18 pm: Didn't take any chances; Frenzy Planted it. =P Switching out to Lax for the next Pokemon though, which is... Jynx. Good decision on my part I'd say. =P
October 05, 2009, 07:24:14 pm: ._. The Jynx put Lax to sleep. >> *Goes to fetch out PokeFlute and uses it to wake Lax back up*
October 05, 2009, 07:24:59 pm: >_> What was Red thinking getting all males... Just got Attract'd.
October 05, 2009, 07:25:12 pm: And put to sleep again...
October 05, 2009, 07:26:28 pm: *Plays Pokeflute again* This keeps up I'm switching to Poli. *Looks at screen* Haaaaaax. I just got frozen by Ice Punch. And I don't have a Key Item for that. =/ *Switches to Poli for good measure*
October 05, 2009, 07:27:34 pm: And there goes Lorelei to a Brick Break. One down; 3 4 to go. =)
October 05, 2009, 07:28:01 pm: Whee, over 10,000 PokeYen for that ^^
Kanto Elite Four: Take Two; BrunoOctober 05, 2009, 07:29:20 pm: I'm sending out Saur as my lead Pokemon during the next fight, though I'll need my other team mate to help as well, since it's Rock/Fighting.
October 05, 2009, 07:31:25 pm: And, as I suspected, Bruno sent out Onix first. Needless to say, it fell quickly to my Razor Leaf.

October 05, 2009, 07:32:32 pm: Ooh, Bruno's sending out Hitmonchan... Time to use my only member I'm actually fighting with that I haven't shown yet; Aero. I have Vee on my team, but that's just an 'along for the ride' Pokemon.

October 05, 2009, 07:33:22 pm: Aaaand Hitmonchan's down. STAB Wing Attack can be good in-game. Competitively, not so much. =P
October 05, 2009, 07:34:32 pm: Machamp's next, so I'm keeping Aero in. Wing Attack again, and... Just barely survived. Only to Bulk Up. =P(Oh, and a Sitrus Berry so Bruno won't HP restore on me. =P)
October 05, 2009, 07:35:13 pm: And that second Wing Attack Fainted him. Neeeext is... Onix again, So, back to Saur we go.
October 05, 2009, 07:36:03 pm: And with a similar outcome, Onix is one-hitted by Saur's Razor Leaf. =) Back over to Aero for Hitmonlee...
October 05, 2009, 07:36:28 pm: ... Of course, it'd help if I actually switched. >_>
October 05, 2009, 07:36:54 pm: And Wing Attack owned again. =P
October 05, 2009, 07:38:26 pm: 11,200 PokeYen was gained from that battle; Now onto Agatha... It says she leads with Gengar, which isn't exactly good, because I don't think I have anything that's super effective against Ghost/Poison.
Kanto Elite Four: Take Two; AgathaOctober 05, 2009, 07:39:44 pm: So, I'll be leading with Poli. Agatha indeed leads with Gengar.
October 05, 2009, 07:40:06 pm: Surf only took out around half, but Gengar only used Double Team.
October 05, 2009, 07:40:45 pm: And the second Surf did the trick. Gengar's down. Next up is Golbat, so I'll be switching to Pika for this.
October 05, 2009, 07:41:49 pm: Thunderbolt only took out 98% of the HP approximately, so now I'm confused and have to be lucky. Hooray.
October 05, 2009, 07:42:25 pm: Oh, did I mention Agatha used a Full Restore? So even though it did hit through Confusion, I'm back where I started this turn. =P
October 05, 2009, 07:43:01 pm: And that time I hit myself, and I got poisoned. Switching out now... For Aero.
October 05, 2009, 07:43:22 pm: Good thing there's only one Golbat...
October 05, 2009, 07:44:22 pm: And Ancientpower owned Golbat, and Agatha's switching to Arbok. Intimidate does not help a bit, so I'm now switching back to Poli.
October 05, 2009, 07:45:35 pm: Iron Tail? Interesting. And here's a Surf for you. But it only took out around 2/3rds, so here's a Strength for you. ... This is one tough Arbok to take out...
October 05, 2009, 07:46:32 pm: Okay, it's finally down, and we're back to the Ghosts... Haunter's up now, and I'm gonna use Surf... ... SURF, not STRENGTH. >_>
October 05, 2009, 07:47:25 pm: Oh goodie, Haunter decided to be a little self-hurting, and used Curse. Needless to say, with the Surf I just used, it didn't last long. =P
October 05, 2009, 07:48:08 pm: Switching out to Saur... Let's hope Grass Moves do at least a little damage on Ghost/Poisons.
October 05, 2009, 07:48:49 pm: Oh wait, I didn't even get a chance to test it, it put me to sleep. >_> *Digs out Pokeflute again*
October 05, 2009, 07:49:26 pm: Silly Gengar; don't you know I'm a Poison type too? =P
October 05, 2009, 07:49:52 pm: ... Hmm... This may take a while... Razor Leaf didn't do much at all.
October 05, 2009, 07:50:28 pm: That's more like it. now, time to use it once more, then Frenzy Plant it out of here.
October 05, 2009, 07:50:56 pm: ... Unless... of course... it uses Hypnosis on me first.
October 05, 2009, 07:52:10 pm: Switching out to Poli, and I got hit by a Sludge Bomb on my first move. Great. Now I'm in the Red(No pun intended), and I'm using a Surf, only to be fainted by another Sludge Bomb. Just great. Time to use Aero then...
October 05, 2009, 07:53:26 pm: AncientPower hits first... But of course it doesn't faint it all the way. >_> 'Who ordered the Full Restore?' *Points to Agatha* 'Oh thanks'
October 05, 2009, 07:54:38 pm: AncientPower again, this time it takes out even more... back into the Red for Agatha. Next hit should do it if Agatha doesn't heal Gengar again.
October 05, 2009, 07:55:48 pm: And that match is over. >_> And I got 11,600 PokeYen for winning that.(Next should be easier since Poli has Ice Beam on it =P)
Elite Four: Take Two; LanceOctober 05, 2009, 07:57:07 pm: Okay, since Lance is leading with Gyarados, I'm gonna lead with Pika again. Should be an easy OHKO.
October 05, 2009, 08:00:09 pm: And there we go, Gyarados down, only 4 more to go. Switching to Poli because Dragonair's up next...
October 05, 2009, 08:01:08 pm: Ice Beam=OHKO. The first Dragonair's down. Now over to Pika to deal with Aerodactyl of the Lance...
October 05, 2009, 08:03:24 pm: Thunderbolt takes Aerodactyl to the Red, he responds with AncientPower, and Pika's Static ability Paralyzes him. =) Thunderbolt again, but Lance used a Full Restore, and this time it only goes to the yellow.(Ironic part is Aerodactyl got paralyzed again) And Thunderbolt claims another Faint this time. 3 down, only two left, both Dragons. Time for Poli to shine.
October 05, 2009, 08:05:57 pm: Ice Beam took out almost all of Dragonair's health, but Poli got paralyzed.(Gotta hurry up) Lance healed, but Ice Beam hit again, reducing Dragonair to the Red again. Surf took out Dragonair though, leaving Lance to his last Pokemon... Dragonite.
October 05, 2009, 08:07:30 pm: Wing Attack hits and takes out around half Poli's HP... Time for a Full Restore. And again I have half my health taken out. Better get a OHKO, or freeze the Drag- Nope, got him to the yellow, but fainted. =/
October 05, 2009, 08:08:10 pm: Sending out Pika as Cleanup Crew, Thunderbolt brought Dragonite to the Red... But took out Pika.(._.)
October 05, 2009, 08:09:30 pm: Time to send out Aero. Pika's Static paralyzed Dragonite, which is a good thing, so I'll just use a nice ol' Wing Attack... And just fainted the last Pokemon of the last member of the Elite Four... I got 12,000 PokeYen for that win.
October 05, 2009, 08:10:36 pm: However...
Kanto Pokemon League Challenge: Champion Fight; Take 1October 05, 2009, 08:10:36 pm: There's one more person to fight after the Elite Four, the Champion, who, in this case, is Green.
October 05, 2009, 08:10:54 pm: Aaand like a dummy, I forgot to heal. >_>
October 05, 2009, 08:11:38 pm: Good thing Lax was sent out first. He can absorb hits while I heal.
October 05, 2009, 08:12:04 pm: And the Pidgeot used FeatherDance.

(EDITOR's Note: Never laugh when a Pidgeot uses FeatherDance on you... He just faints you. >>)
October 05, 2009, 08:13:23 pm: Al-right, time to get serious. Pidgeot used Aerial Ace, which took a bit out of Snorlax, but my Double Edge missed. =/ That's from Sand Attack I guess...
October 05, 2009, 08:14:17 pm: Same thing, except this time I hit. Going for a body slam, though the Aerial Ace still happened... And now, a Hyper Beam, for an all-or-nothing attack.
October 05, 2009, 08:15:16 pm: >>; Snorlax fainted before I could get out the Hyper Beam. Now I'm sending out Pika to deal the last blow to this Pidgeot.
October 05, 2009, 08:17:36 pm: And Pidgeot is fainted. Level Up Pikachu! =D Green's sending out Rhydon, so I'm switching to Saur.(And if that fails, to Poli. =P)
October 05, 2009, 08:18:50 pm: Razor Leaf hits, and OHKOs the Rhydon. Now Green's sending out an Alakazam, and I don't have anything to counter it... Sending out Aero.
October 05, 2009, 08:19:57 pm: AncientPower mostly worked, but I'm banking my chances on this Hyper Beam... Which hits. And faints the Alakazam. =) Level Up Aerodactyl. Green's sending out Gyarados, so I'm switching to Pika.
October 05, 2009, 08:21:44 pm: Thunderbolt... All but OHKO. =/ Slam misses too, but not the second time, though Gyarados hits me with Hydro Pump, which leaves a mark and faints Pika(EDITOR's Note: Gyarados had a Full Restore used the turn I first used Slam.

). Time to send out ... Uhh... *Thinks* I guess Aerodactyl to stall?
October 05, 2009, 08:22:20 pm: Now, I revive Lax, so I can stall with it better and revive Pika.
October 05, 2009, 08:23:29 pm: And Aero obviously faints from Hydro Pump. Time to send out Saur. I use Razor Leaf, but it doesn't do much... So, I keep trying and then I use Frenzy Plant.
October 05, 2009, 08:24:21 pm: Level Up Venusaur! =D Gyarados fainted, which leaves only the final battle between Charizard and the non-fainted members of my team... I switch to Poli.
October 05, 2009, 08:26:15 pm: Ouch. Charizard used Aerial Ace, which just barely avoided fainting me. I then attempt to Surf Charizard again, to faint it, but Charizard fainted me with Fire Blast. I switch out to Lax to work on a plan and revive Pika.
October 05, 2009, 08:27:35 pm: As Charizard didn't faint me, I revive Poli as well, intending Saur to be another stall reviver... But Aerial Ace still doesn't faint Lax, so I decide to revive Aero as well.
October 05, 2009, 08:28:28 pm: Miraculously... I'm still not fainted. Hyper Beam time. =) ... Of course, Charizard had other plans, and outsped Lax. Needless to say, I'm switching out to Pika now. =P
October 05, 2009, 08:29:03 pm: Thunderbolt hits.... And just misses the fainting blow, as Pika faints.
October 05, 2009, 08:33:03 pm: Green uses a Full Restore, as Poli uses Surf to take Charizard down to the Yellow again. Charizard uses Aerial Ace, but leaves me with 33 HP; just enough to faint Charizard finally with Surf. After around 30 minutes of fighting and typing, I have beaten Green, Pokemon Champion of Kanto, and have become the new Pokemon Champion of Kanto(... Only to eventually give it up three years later and train on a mountaintop, and only to be narrowly defeated by a kid from Johto. =P). ... Wait, hold up a sec, he's still got Exeggutor =O Well then, it looks like Aero's getting some EXP. =P And Exeggutor's fainted. [cp]I have beaten Green, Pokemon Champion of Kanto, and have become the new Pokemon Champion of Kanto[/cp] =P
October 05, 2009, 08:34:02 pm: For this amazing feat, I get awesome victory music, and 12,600 PokeYen.
Kanto Elite Four: Take Two; EpilogueOctober 05, 2009, 08:37:40 pm: And that ends my first journey through the Kanto Elite Four of this playthrough =D
October 05, 2009, 08:38:02 pm: And I never even had to switch to Vee. =P
That was the big surprise thing. =)
