Catching one: No, you have to get them at an event.

Seeing one in Pokedex: Darkrai is not needed for the Pokedex, and Manaphy can be seen in Mr. Backlot's mansion, and in his room, there is a book, and "talk" to it.

And you must trade with someone or get it at an event if you want to see Darkrai.

SPREAD IT TO YOUR OTHER POKEMON DO IT DO IT DO IT.

No really. It will HELP you with EV Training. Even if you don't, it DOUBLES the stat gains on the Pokemon should it level up.

GIVE IT TO ONE POKEMON AND STORE IT IN THE PC SO THAT THE VIRUS STAYS FOREVER.

alright, I have 2 of the infected in the box, it doesnt seem to be spreading tho, or maybe it just takes a lot longer when going through the pc.

 I remember getting poke virus once.... That was a while ago though. All I have is a gameboy color with pokemon crystal, though admittedly I have beaten the LV 100 battle tower numerous times.

@Red: Spend some time running around and battling with a PokeRus-infected in your party, and the others will catch it too. It won't spread in your PC, but the inflicted pokemon won't lose it in a couple days either. Heck, it won't lose it at all, lol.

The birds are roamers. Talk to Oak in Eterna after getting the Nat. Dex, and they'll start running around.

alright, thats what ive been doing, I have like 25 infected =]
the birds are annoying.  I finally caught the zapdos and cresselia, and I still have moltres, articuno, and mespirt to catch. >.<

I've got all the roamers expect Mespirit. That's the only one I've never caught, not even in my old Diamond. I'm too lazy to raise a Wobbuffet to keep it in, which magnifies the problem. >_<
