[Magical Girl Mimi]

Movesets? =P

I have about 4; not including the 4 event ones given out for HGSS, but including the Red Gyarados(If only because I caught one previously, back on one of my Emerald or Sapphire files. =P Was looking for a Feebass, got something even better.).

I found a shiny shelmet in white. Now it is a shiny accelgor which is awesome. Through 9001 resets in platinum I got a shiny darkrai. I tried for rotom, but it didn't work out for me and I gave up. I also got a shiny eevee at one point which is an umbreon now. I believed I chained trophy garden, but I really am not sure. It is very pretty. I can't think of anything else on the top of my head. I of course have raikou/entai/suicune shiny.

I will do movesets probably tomorrow or tuesday, depending on how much I feel like studying and/or tf2ing. Maybe longer than that. When I don't plan myself out I am extremely inefficient =P

Through 9001 resets in platinum I got a shiny darkrai.

This is what I don't have patience for with shinies (and I'm fully aware of the over 9000 meme). I tried to to do that as well but gave up after 50 tries. The only shiny I've ever gotten was a shiny Darumaka which I found only 3 hours into Pokemon White. Not counting Red Gyrados or shiny event pokemon.

Well, this is funny, because all three(Four if you count Shiny Gyarados) of my shinies came from my SoulSilver file(Still haven't reset it because of that. =D).

I found a shiny Pidgey right at the start of the game, perfect nature and all. Was pleasantly surprised, it became a key member of my team throughout the rest of the game, though admittedly not EV trained. Should fix that in BW2.
Then, after going through the entire game without finding anything else shiny(Aside from obviously the Red Gyarados)... Training outside Red's hideout; and I found a Shiny Rapidash. Raised an eybrow, nodded amused, caught it after a few Pokeballs(And was thankful that I didn't run out.).
Then, if that wasn't enough, a few days later, same place, I ran into a Shiny Ursaring, and my reaction could be summed up by this emoticon: O_O Needless to say, it was caught rather quickly. =P

I anticipate getting a good few shinies in BW2, however. =P And that that'll be the game that I work on getting every single Pokemon to level 100, in living Pokedex form. =P

Which shinies do you think look best?

I'd say charizard, umbreon, mightyena, metagross, mew, entai, deoxys, victini, and accelgor off the top of my head in no particular order.


I may have some other shinies I am forgetting, but I will worry about that later.

I like Charizard, Rayquaza, and Haxorus' shiny colours, though.

Edit: thought I timed out, didn't see flipz's post. I think Regular lucario looks better, or the white coloration in brawl =P

Garchomp is the same colour, more or less. Heck; it matches the official artwork perfectly, which isn't too different from the sprite's colouring. =P

Flipz: I guess it is; I kinda like it's typical colouring, but I do have to admit the yellow colour fits it rather well, once you get used to it. =)

Preliminary Movesets.

Flareon:

Nature: Lonely
Moveset:
Superpower(dig until I get it)
Firefang
Fireblast/heat wave
Strength/return (return later on)

Analysis:
Physically Based Mixed Set, not too much going on. Superpower is a nice touch, and I am going ot use heatwave once I get it for the higher pp/accuracy. Firefang is there because flareon really needs flareblitz. Return ads some decent neutral coverage.




Leafeon:

Nature: Adamant(or maybe Jolly)
Moveset:
Swords Dance
Leaf Blade
X-Scissor
Return

Analysis: Pretty much standard swords dance set. Will most likely trade to evolve because waiting until postgame is no fun. Not sure about adamant vs jolly.




Glaceon:

Nature: Modest( could go timid)
Blizzard/icebeam
Signal Beam
Shadow Ball
Hyper Voice

Analysis: If I were to choose one of these to be shiny, it would be glaceon. Though this is the most viable ingame attacking set in my opinion. Ice is a cool stab. Will trade to evolve.




Jolteon

Nature: modest
Thunder/thunderbolt
Hyper voice
Shadow ball
Signal Beam

Analysis: A much faster slightly weaker Glaceon with an electric stab =P




Vaporeon

Nature: Most likely modest
Surf
Icebeam
Hyper voice/signal beam/heal bell
Shadow Ball

Analysis: I am not sure about this being the bet set. Probably the best for ingame. Will most likely act as a tank for me.




Espeon

Nature: Modest
Psychic
Psyshock
Grass Knot
Shadow ball/Hyper Voice/Signal Beam

Analysis: This set allows me to use espeon's stab on special walls with psyshock, as long as they don't resist. Not sure about which moves to use yet.

Technically you won't get getting Leafeon or Glaceon at the start... It, like the Day care Center, is only available pre-game if you have the ability to trade things in, since it's otherwise post-game.

Shiny Tangrowth is awesome, too.

Both are blocked off; Twist Mountain because of a certain something being in the basement, and Pinwheel Forest because singing kids riding a herd of Crustle are doing repair work on Skyarrow Bridge. =P
