Just discovered Pokemon Showdown.  Trying to build a team, using Greninja, Smeargle, Aegislash, and looking for three other 'mons to use.  Ideas?

I'm thinking of picking Kangaskhan for my Mega Evolution Pokemon.

But did you  hear about the new Mega Evolution that got leaked?

Yeah--never understood why folks seem to like those particular legendaries--next to Deoxys, they're my least favorites in Gen III.

Hmm...trying to decide between Mega Kangaskhan (Parental Bond for double-hitting) and Mega Aggron (which is next to impossible to hit).  Or maybe Mega Lucario, but I've already got a glaring problem with Ground to start with, thanks to Aegislash, not to mention Steel-types are a LOT less hardy with the Gen VI nerf.

Obviously when I get a 3DS, I'll main Mega Blaziken because it kills everything, but I'd like to be able to fight in OU instead of Ubers, because Xerneas.

Um...right. Pokemon.
IV Breeding, to me, feels too much like work than fun. If I actually manage to get an egg, I'm happy.

My team is horribly weak against water-types and fighting-types, but is otherwise doing OK.  Should probably NOT be running Greninja and Azumarill on the same team, tho.

HOLY COW, I just won a fight by a single hit point.    I'm...definitely keeping a Focus Sash on Aegislash, then.

Not bad; what are the EVs for Chesnaught and Aegislash, if any are there? They're more defensive Pokemon, so it might be an idea to put like special/defence EVs into it. =)

@Flipz- in my experience I suggest running a brave aegislash with that moveset. It is unstoppable =P

Oh yeah I've seen that. Pretty helpful. I've been using an online guide mostly but it's been a slow going process.

So far I've gotten 7 5iv pokemon, it's time consuming but overall it isn't that bad when you're watching a movie or listening to music.

Plus there's a less time consuming (depends) method that involves using Magikarps.

Plus anyone want flawless Timid compound Eyes Joltiks? I can probably give them out tomorrow.

Oh, the irony.   (This was written way back when X and Y were ANNOUNCED, and the evolutions were a total mystery.)

Braixen was different, but admittedly, clean up the final evolution, and you kinda get Delphox. =P(And I like Delphox's design, but even I have to admit that Greninja is just awesome. =P)

Still, he totally called how over-superior Greninja would be compared to the (competitively) nigh-useless Delphox months before we knew about it--most impressive.
