There is a way to get Trophy Garden exclusive Pokemon.
1. Buy a lot of repels.'
2. Get a Lvl 18 Pokemon in the front of your party and a Pokemon with a Status-inducing move, along with False Swipe. Also get a Pokemon with a High capture rate WITHOUT Roar/Whirwind/Teleport.
3. Use the repel. This will only let you get Pikachus and the Trophy Garden Pokemon.
4. When you meet with a TG Pokemon, switch to a Pokemon with a high Capture rate. Ditto will then copy the High Capture Rate Pokemon.
5. Switch out to a Pokemon with False Swipe and a Status inducing move. Use these moves, and catch Ditto.
