... rbg/res remackes nxt yer! ... =P </jk> Nah, they don't seem likely, unless they do away with the double slot entirely and haven't put the six starters from those two sets of games in HG/SS.
Duckbot: They don't really have to surpass Arceus, seeing as he's an event legend, they could build on other Pokemon already in the game. Plus, if Gen 5 has an even more serious storyline(If that's even possible after Platinum), then whether or not they've topped Arceus won't matter.
