^ You can actually use a berry that lowers its base attack in return for happiness, (kelpsy berry I think)?
If you do that the EVs will go down to 100, and then every 10 (100, 90, 80, 70 ect) so that's a solution if you're up for some more grinding.
@Blade it's fine, besides we're having a battle on a later day so nothing to worry about!
