I knew when he bought more items than he had legitimate clicks for back when I traded on LMB's. @ OB... just add 11, 111, 1111 next to your 1.. etc. I will also have a list form Team, and we will combine them. |

OB...it is a work in progress...we can ALL help with it. EDIT... this was received as a reply to a complaint made a few days ago without major evidence... (quotee's name removed) When we send letters with SOLID evidence... wow. I want to keep the activity here where it may be seen by the dupers.
It may discourage them.
If they see they are actually going to be reported, maybe!
When they see the disapproval of their peers...maybe!
If we get good at this...definately!!

Or, it may just encourage them to continue in secret, and make up names that don't sound like they're connected. If they're serious enough to create a lot of dupes, I'm sure that disapproval wouldn't exactly matter. And what if a duper sees, and makes up an excuse for why, if the names are similar, the names are similar? I'm just saying. |

I am agreeing you're doing a good job, but I'm just bringing up facts that could hinder the effort. Plus, there could be dupers who impersonate people, like someone on MLNT pointed out. But, I guess you've gotta take chances sometimes...

I thought this through for some time before doing this. I wanted to be able to involve members of both Team and MLNO without making a seperate forum, which only draws traffic AWAY from this forum.
The main object is for LEGO to DO something about this. Once they finally realize how rampant the problem is, the only way for someone to " hide" their dupes is by using multiple IP addresses.
All we can do is report with evidence that is overwhelming. We really have no power beyond that.
