Let me guess: You sent a LDD model. It doesn't work unless you send a JPEG file, first.
Although, oddly enough, I've submitted a JPEG file already, but it still won't allow me to upload a LDD file yet. Weird.
Like I said, I think that the videos will have predetermined images, because the video information is stored in the Inventory, not in the Collection. This way is pretty much how things are going to go.
wrong i sent one of my pics i took and uploaded. the same way i did with a lot of other ones. not a ldd file included. it is a bionicle pic. i really don't know
