The figure dove through the portal as the wind from it blew his hair around and he grabbed his sword from his back, as a giant dark cave thing approached his view, seeing clouds around it randomly, and many stalactites.
The figure exited the portal that had opened in that cave, and flipped himself so he was upright, and looked around, as six figures were fighting each other in his sight.
That guy you see? That's me. Blade. I didn't have my current Chainblade then, having swapped out weapons before I left the island I was on for this place.Blade was just about to try and get over to a solid surface, when a guy, dressed in limegreen and wielding a spiked sword with what seemed like jets on his shoulders flew up to Blade while attacks were shot at him.
"Well, well, well... Someone else? Are you friend are foe?" The guy said, and while he looked familiar, Blade couldn't think of who he was.
"I should ask the same thing. Are you a part of the Brotherhood, or a part of the Nuva?" Blade responded while still falling, as the other guy laughed.
"I'm a Toa-hero of course." The guy said, as Blade smiled, and took a mask off his back and put it on, the Kualsi as it was called.
"That's good... I am too." Blade said, as the other guy stopped, as Blade tried to think of a way to stop his own descent, and while he was contemplating how to stop it, he suddenly stopped falling, and for some reason, his feet suddenly grew hotter. He looked down and saw that his shoes had become like jet shoes, as they had flames coming out the bottom of the shoes, which made Blade raise his eyebrows.
Well... That's new. Blade thought, as he increased the output of the flames and went up to the member of the Toa.
"So, who are you?" Blade asked the guy, who sent an air blast at one of the people he had been fighting.
"If you've ever heard of the Toa Nuva member, Lewa, I'm him. Those black and other colour guys are our targets, the Brotherhood's members. They seemed to have a special ability, and could transform, and they chose bat-like forms, as you can see." Lewa explain, as Blade looked over, and saw that most of the ones that had black as a colour that appeared a lot had wings or so.
"We also had a mini-mission. There are villagers here that seem to be able to manipulate Light, but in a lesser capacity than a Toa. We're to rescue them." Lewa explained, and Blade looked up in surprise, that news having startled him.
"But, I thought only Toa could manipulate elements!" Blade exclaimed, and Lewa looked over, sending a ball of light at the Brotherhood of Makuta members from the cannon-like weapon he had, who flew out of the way of the blast, sending a return shadow blast from their weapons.
"They're special it seems. Anyway, I think our comrades could use some help." Lewa said with a smile, and flew back over to the group, slashing at the Makuta member that had a lot of red colouring on his armour, and Blade looked around, as the Kanohi Mask, as the mask he had put on was called, extended over the back of his head, so as to not fall off as he was fighting, and flew over to a Makuta who had silver and black coloured armour, and Blade slashed at the Makuta, who blocked with his claw-like sword he was wielding.
"You dare to attack the one known as Makuta Chirox?" The Makuta asked, as he held the sword in place, so as to not suffer another attack as he was preparing a counter attack.
"Sure I do. Because, I'm known as Blade." Blade said with a smile, taking his sword blade off the blade of the claw, and then stabbed out with his sword...
