Even if Obi-wan shows up, his vote can't sway, and unless I'm wrong (wouldn't be the first time), MLN MANIACS it remains. 4 out 5 members voted, oh wait, you're right, if he he votes on one of the other 2, we'll have another tie. So let me speak for Obi-wan, he'll choose maniacs. Afterall, we can always change our name later once we're a team, for now let's just run with this. If we're going to spend all our time waiting for all members, we're not going to move anywhere
