Because they don't check. I bet the featured users are random. except legodac.
I'm not so sure about that, I've often said, "Please God, let me win the lottery", maybe my prayer was answered, although I was praying for a million dollars. Also, if I wasn't random, why didn't they give me #1 instead of #4, none of us know for sure.
BTW, Please stop saying Lego encourages duping, your only putting down a computer program designed to promote creativity and sell more Lego.
LEGO has left the integrity up to us
