Quality over Quantity folks. It shouldn't be a race.
I do have a pet peeve and maybe this is a good place to say it. The Forum Games area drives me nuts! Sometimes I come to check what is new with the handy dandy "Show unread posts since last visit" link and the page is filled with Games post that I have no interest in. It makes it difficult for me to find interesting MLN topics which is why I am here. When 7,000 + posts are in a silly "Count to a Million" topic how relevant is the post count anyway?
Does anyone know if there is any kind of forum "ignore" feature so I could ignore the forums I have no interest in?

Yeah. Imagine this: you just got onto the computer and are going to check posts in your team forum or something in the GD, so into the URL bar you type in " www.mln.org" or something similar to that. Does that make the site look a bit more professional? An actual domain name instead of having all that smfforfree4 stuff in there. Plus we could get a built-in style switcher where you select the skin from a drop-down menu. |
