Weird. Well I think the zone influences how many times there are showdown sections. I usually get 1 showdown since I changed around the order of things in my Chassis section.

In case anyone didn't notice, I haven't started playing it at all.  I don't think I've even bothered to join a team yet, though I have picked the team with the sweet logo and lame name to be the replacement for H.O.T. =P I'm sure that's been said in the 12 pages of this topic I haven't read. I'm not really sure what role I'll be playing this go-around. |

At the risk of getting flamed / hated on by Blade and everyone else who think both green teams fail... I'm a Goblin. Probably the only one on MLNO who is (yes they're carnies... and? ). I'm slogging through Class C right now. With about 1/2 the wins against humans that I need and 1/4 of the 100 races in one zone. @CRX: Good luck on coping with your life changes. |

Same here with the 1/4 of 100 races in one zone. Night time barely has any races with humans. I'm still waiting for someone to go to Urban Mayhem or Cactus Canyon.

You use your weapons randomly.
And to use items, you've got to get something like 100-120 (red zone) to make them work.

Do you decide, or does the computer decide when to use them? And how come whenever I race a human opponet, they start at the red light, and I start at green???

The computer decides when to uise them. And to start at red, at the start (the garage, you'll see other places to click.
Garage
Modify
Slots
Race
Shop
Stats
Zone
Click on zone, and you should see your current car on the left. On the right, you'll see the zone you're in. Click on the Arrows for different Zones. Once you've found a zone that you like, click on 'Add Car to Zone'. Then you should see 'Set Strategy'. It doesn;t always work, though, click it twice. When it comes up, you'll see:
"Accept Races from other Humans?"
Yes 0 No0
"Start when the light is at..."
Red 0 Yellow 0 Green 0
"Risk"
Risk it a lot 0 Risk it a little 0 Play it safe 0
Or something like that.
