I believe I've come to a decision on the matter.  I'm going to hold my vote, because the vote I hold doesn't truly fit with any of the choices given.  I believe that if any actions are taken against Blade, then an investigation needs to be taken against every single staff member, as well. 

I do believe that this entire issue, as well as all older issues, need to be re-examined.  Not just against Blade, but on all staff, so as to make a fair case.

Yeah, I agree with that.
