What do you mean? I'm pretty sure you can vote for two people, but if you hate my shop, or think my prices are so bad that you have to vote no, that's not my problem. And in my 1/2 year at MLNO, and, including my shop, 4 shops I've seen promoting to Outstanding MLNO Trader, I've never seen one of the other 305 members vote no for someone.
