How about you keep the exsisting leadership, if your team has already established it. I will create new topic headquarters for each team. This way every team's headquarters start off equal and it is up to the team members to decide upon their own leadership if it hasn't been decided yet?
If the team cannot decide or if there is too much "trouble" then we'll have to step in again and figure it out.
