Lego is going to be releasing electonics in the Fall to boost their sales with gadget-loving youngsters. They will be releasing a Camera, MP3 player, boombox, alarm clock, walkie-takie, and even a stop-animation video camera.

...All I have to say is that LEGO's variety of products are getting very wide. In some cases ridicoulous.

The only thing that interests me out of those is the Stop-motion camera. And when I say interested, I mean interested. For reals. So much so I might get it.

Ditto.  And maybe the alarm clock, if it's actually loud/annoying enough to wake me up.  Which it likely isn't-since I doubt such an alarm clock exists.  Tongue Roll Eyes :-[

The stop motion camera would be nice. The mp3 player I would think would have little memory and the edges would feel weird in your pocket. The alarm clock is pretty cool, but the walkie talkie is weird

plotkin = chicken fingers. =P
We were lucky when we got Plotkin, for he had a nice place on the top 10 for quite a while, and he is also a good person.

I once dreamed of a lego-made bicycle. Maybe the leg eletronics will help!

I agree, a good alarm clock would be nice. I can't wake up otherwise Cheesy. I already have an iPod and it does it's job well. Although a stop motion camera might be nice...

I'm back. Probably not for long, as I've got school stuff to attend to, and I'll probably want to get a job at some point (hopefully self-employed). But nice to see you all again anyway.

The walkie-talkie looks quite small, technology must have been important to fit the needed parts into a very small case.

IF possible, maybe they should let you change the bricks of the outer layer, but the eletronic parts inside might get like......ruined?

Hmm. I'm curious to see how the MP3 player works out. Looks kind of bulky. And the stop-motion animation enabled camera sounds like it will definitely be a big seller, especially to rookie animators who want to make more clips. Smiley

Any info on release dates?
