I like how Saturn posted that like 30 seconds later. Therefore he prepared that image beforehand. My conclusion: he's a man with a plan. A schemer.

Sorry I've taken so long to produce these, but here are some pictures of the building process.

And thanks for all the above responses.

WOW...that is impressive CRX. You spent a month and a half working on that? O_o Now I get why it's so awesome.

Appreciate it guys.

@R8 - two Bricklink orders, one halfway through.  That's one of the reasons it took so long, I had to envision what I would do with the parts I didn't have yet.

The other reason for the time it took was that I was trying to make it like a set - durable, solid, no shortcuts, and functional/playable.  There were several things - front and back missile triggers, angled front bumpers, opening mechanisms for the side doors and scissor-mounted missiles, suspension, back light mounts, and the spike dropper - that took multiple attempts until they were perfect.  Quite satisfying result.

It should be a set. It is very well done.

Yeah. Lego definately FAILS compared to your Lego Cars. Tongue That set deserves more spotlight than being on your Photobucket account/LDD or Gallery module.

So, what car ya makin' next?

It's a motorcycle called the Chainsaw, I'm maybe a third of the way through and will hopefully finish it over Christmas break.  I posted a preview pic on InZone, if you're not a member there you should be.  Tongue

I love the MoC section in MLNO, I never get tired of looking at the models.

The creations by CRX are few and far between, but always well worth the wait. I do believe I left a comment on your LU module some time ago and was surprised to see I hadn't left one here.

May I call you Master?

Haha if you want to I guess. =P

BTW as some of you know, I updated the Ram.  Just check out the LU submission, it's not that different but it's vastly better as far as structure is concerned.

Master, I have a question, did you tear down the old one to upgrade or did you start fresh and keep the original?

I tore it apart leaving some parts intact, and then rebuilt it from ground up.

That breaks my heart, they are both fantastic creations, to destroy a masterpiece in creating another, oh well, at least you have a photo record.
