and Majora's Mask is just another game until you look really far into it. that includes completing the Bombers Notebook and getting the Fierce Deity Mask. (WARNING: the Anju and Kafei mini quest can cause extreme frustration, but it feels great to complete it.)

you also need to "read between the lines" at times, especially at the Stone Tower. If you look really closely at parts of the Stone Tower, you might start to figure out why Ikana is cursed.

Majora's Mask was one of my favorite games for sidequests.  Getting all the masks, trading the title deeds, bombers notebook.  It got pretty extensive in that game.  Although no sidequest compares to the biggoran sword (however you spell it)

Well, all that's left for me in OoT is the Fire Room, and when I destroy that barrier...>=D 'course, I thought I would go back and get Biggoron's Sword, Ice Arrows and the Big Quiver first. =P So it'll probably be a day or so until I challenge EPICdorf.

Yeah, especially because it was because of a glitch(The upgrade with the Mask of Truth in the Forest Stage thing in the Lost Woods. Can't be obtained after you get the Master Sword. D=).

ASDF the Horseback Riding Quiver. Now that was annoyance in it's purest form. >_<

@Blade-I can't yet, I still need to do the Fire Room becuase in the Shadow Room a Like-like ate my Fire Tunic and spat me off the edge. >___< I might just skip the Big Quiver though. and do I really need the Ice Arrows? For anything other than completion purposes?

Also, you're almost there. Remember the forest temple boss? Be prepared to use that strategy again.

I beat him. It took me a while though, primarily because I didn't realize you had to use the Master Sword to beat him. =P

I'm now playing Majora's Mask, and quite honestly, I like it more than OoT. Ok, so I appreciate the general awesomeness of OoT, but it feels like the game takes itself waaay too seriously. Plus the plot is pretty generic. Not that it isn't a great game. No, it is epic. But I simply prefer MM. And to everyone who called Majora's Mask too short, keep in mind Nintendo had 5 years to make OoT and only one year to make MM.

The primary thing I like about MM is it's replay value. Since time is looped over and over, you can do all of your favorite side quests as much as you want. Not to mention the graphics are, for the most part, on the same level as a Gamecube Game. (Well, an early GC game, anyway.) The plot is creative, and the side quests are all pretty fun.

Plus, the character writing is excellent. I see these people/species in trouble, and I legitimately feel their pain! I want to help them, not just for the reward. My favorite Quest is probably the "They" side quest with Romani. I especially like the Skull Kid, he's fleshed out pretty well. And Tatl. Superior to the obnoxious Navi in every way, IMO. Navi will tell you things that you figured out long ago. Tatl tells you things you actually need to know. Although the bosses aren't as good (or many) as OoT, Majora's Mask is my personal favorite Zelda. And I'm only about 60% done.

Now, to all of the OoT diehards out there...please don't kill me. =P
