It wasn't a meal, just a sample, although I was offered the full course. My bosses wife is from Portugal and I was continuing wiring their home, lunch time rolled around and I said no, but thanks. Later she insisted I taste her version of liver perfectly baked in a fine tomatoe base sauce, it was heaven....but only a forkfill, man, am I hungry...
