The windows are some three feet wide and go from the floor to the ceilling, one of them has to open up to allow people to get trough to the balcony and the other only has open up a little.
So ask your guardians, if it's ok to shelf in front of the window that only opens up a little, still being able to operate the window. We can design a draw bridge shelf that would only take 2 or 3 minutes to raise or lower for the section of window that is your access to the balcony. Since you havn't bought your train tracks yet this will be easy to accomplish with the new flex track that doesn't have 12 volt connections
