Battle For Bricktin

This is a story I wrote two and a half years ago on iBricks. It has a lot of errors as I wasn't to good at writing at that time. Anyway this is just copied and pasted from adBricks, another site where I posted it. . I only wrote 7 or so chapters which belong to part one of the writing series and I don't plan to continue it so don't be disappointed if I don't continue the story.


Section One
Chapter 1
The Start
I heard troops marching in the direction of The Palace. I knew that the Queen had arrived. I watched as my friend stood lined up with the other soldiers as a Car stopped two servants opend it up. "Greetings", said our general. "As you can see we are you are gurranteed safety."
I knew he was talking about the soldiers. I just looked jealusly at my friend he was standing proud gaurding the queen. I was just collecting rocks for our squad's camp. The Queen entered the palace and the soldiers gaurded it. Throught the entire night. At 10:00 after working hard our camp was ready and the 301st legion went in. Including me. We were their for one reason. Gaurding the Royal goverment. We switched off standing gaurd 2 miles from camp gaurding the boarders. Only because some rumors of war. We didn't beleive them. Untill it happened only a week later.

Chapter 2
War?
A week stationed on the border of Bricktin and Brickloni was outrageuos. We marched across the borders checking everything that came bye. That night I went to camp. We took turns switching off gaurding the border.We had stationed a sqaud every 1 and a half miles. We knew one squad wasn't enough to take on a army so we had to a gaurd tower every 5 miles. They were machine gun and missile armed. No one could stand a chance against us. That's what they thought. I got some sleep that night untill I heard alarms going off at the camp. I was all ready wearing my uniform (Of course we had to sleep in them) and I grabbed my gun. I asked my friend Daniel "What's going on?" He replied "None of us know yet. Only border patrol knows. Well enough talking we nead to get over two the border. "Come on yelled my captain from the Assault Vechicle. I got on. I was the main gunner so I was ready for a attack. Half way to the border I heard machine gun fire. I saw 30 to 40 rough looking Bricklino men with guns firing and destroying what ever they could. I yelled to Daniel "Get ready we're in for some serious battling." Daniel was high rankend. He all ways gaurded the queen. I fired my first shots at two men. They staring swearing a me as they died. We saw a man with a rocket launcher. "We're losing all our men to him", I yelled. "Wait I got him." I fired hittiing him the back of his head he fell into the flames of oil barrels that had been shot. "Only a few left" capatin yelled.


Chapter 3
Being sent out
After battling we still didn't know if a war had begun. Then the next night we are went and sat down in the main building outside of our tents. The man began a speech, "As you have wondered if a war has begun, we have the answer. Brickloni Prime Minister Cesar Donte annouced a speech woulld be annouced after the Queen leaves the palce. To make sure the queen gets complete safety all airspace will be restricted for the entire day including the 1 hour she will leave and the speech will began. Spies tell us that Prime Minister will annouce that they did delcare war. Here is spy himself." finished the general. Than a young man in his thirties came up. He annouced "After a massive spy team hacked into Brickloni's computer information file system we found documents containing information saying that he will declare war. all other information is classified. To see if you were chosen to gaurd The Palace please go to the back of the building. 10 soldiers of 6 legions were chosen. That is all thank you." After the meeting I check the list:

I found out Daniel was going. I checked the soldier list:

I too, was chosen. Later that night I played poker with some other soldiers "Here you and Danny are being sent out." one said. "Yeah they are!" said one more. They better do good!" said the other.
"Yep" I replided. "We're beening sent out.



Chapter 4
Protesters and Gaurds and War

Today was the day to garud the plalace for one straight hour. In full uniform we went lining up the sides making a human wall blocking around 300 people on each side of the Palace Entrance. A few Bricklonis started swearing at the Queen. 5 to be exact. 2 Bricktin believers started to fight them. "HEy get some back up to gaurd!" yelled a Captain. A police officer with his pistol ready to fire. Followed by a few troopers going to help People attmepting to go onto the etrance floor where the people were walking. A Brickloni supporter pullde a gun at firing at the policce officer. A Bricktin man tackled him. He beat him untill the police came. Captain Daniel called in 15 more soldiers to protect the Queen in a circle formation as she walked to a car. Armed with our shields we pushed back the people 18 feet. Secret Service also gaured the Queen. About 10 of them. The people fought back 20 soldiers and Secret Service ran into the crowd gun pointed. Followeb a 2 paramedics. I could barely see it, but I heard voices yelling "He was shot in the arm and leg!" I saw him being taken on a stretcher to a Helicopter. One of the men at the boarders had hijacked a car and fired. He was killed bye police. Soon 300 soldiers from Bricktin marched patrolling the city. The gaurds and I tried pushing the protesters and follower out of the area to the city. After pushing half out. The Queen was all ready spotted in a plane gaurded by two stealth figthers and two helicopters armed. 10 minutes later 10 people came swinging bats as the Brickloni Prime minster came in garuded by only two cultraul gaurds. As the goverment enetered the building 100 soldiers came to the alll read 60+ soldiers gaurding the building. The speech began. On national television the truth was told. I nearly fainted. Brickloni officialy declared war on us. They believed that they should have the land we own as a country. 10 people with the bats started yelling as 200 more soldiers entered the city. 5 miles away form the boarder we needed to be gaurded. About 700 people gaurded each part of the city. As the Prime Minister left. Fights began. 50 police car came bye followed bye several ambulances. I was orded to patroll the main libary. Numerous people started swearing and giving each othe oscene gestures. 5 fights began bye the libary. I ran to the fight. A police officer yelled "No, I got this save the kid!". I saw a mother and a five your old running form a gang of Bricklonis. Daniel, me, and 3 other soldiers ran infront of the gang pushing them to wall. They dropped there guns and were arrested. 20 prison cars came. The whole night I arrested 15 people. One of the most violents fights was when a police officers was cut bye a knife in the neck. Only barely. I shot him down. I gaurded the libary for 5 more hours. In 1:00 in the morning panic broke out in a nearbye apartment as protester fired his gun at civilains. Nearbye soldiers sprinted into the building shooting him. He killed no one. I switched gaurding. I went to my new base went into the barracks on the boarder laye ont the bed. I said "What a night", had some water and went straight to sleep.
 

Chapter 5
What To Do
After war was declared we couldn't sit around and do nothing so we had to prepare. Daniel was sent out to a command center on the boarder. He commanded soldiers like me. I ended up being a sniper on a Tank. This was a special tank though. Bricktin Military Industrials Inc. had produced a tank wiht light armor that doesn't fire as good weapons, but is very fast and good for soldiers to snipe in. It was small. I knew I was in danger of soldiers and terroists not other tanks. We ould escape bombing, but no close attacks. I often just sat and watched the Grassy border. Just 10 miles away was Cohmin Desert. I was glad to not be there. Though we didn't just sit and watched we perpared for what we would have to do. We had several attack plans. Diferrent formations and other small stuff that could make big differences. We once found a souicide bomber. She came asking for directions, but when she cmae she set off the bombs destroying only a turret. But we learned that we need to know what to do. What if it was worse? wE could die. We spent a week learning about what to do. We were surprised there wore no attacks. But we ready. We spotted several things on radar. We sent out two people to scout it out just a while ago. They still haven't returned.
