Well, usually if a photo is copywrited, it would show below the photo if you got from a website. Photos over the webs should usually be free to access and if they aren't, there's a way to remove the code so no one can copy the image. Overall, I think we should be able to use the photo, but I'm only about 70-some% sure. |

I do not think it is necessary if the image is in google images and the use is not commercial ( to make money or clicks)
