Have you tried turning it off and on again going to add/remove programs and removing it that way?
All what you mentioned earlier doesn't sound right though... That sounded more like a virus than the actual Windows Live... When did you get it?
Yes.. it has a lot of components tho, and some are labeled with the program they go to..
This is the ONLY windows program I have ever gotten that did not have an uninstall in the program menu..
I downloaded it from the Microsoft updates.
As for the f8 thing, I believe that the update included a fast boot component..
And I found out that when there is an update like that your system restore resets.. which sux.
