Actually, Lionytai is right. Technically, the abbreviation for 5 Kilometers in 5km, it's just that it sounds really lame if you actually say 5 km, so I've never said it like that before,; I guess old habits die hard. =P And 18:07 is somewhere around a 5:50 mile pace.
