It is totally wrong to break rules as a staff member, and if their actions are noticeable to you they are noticeable to others.
You do have to remember that just because someone is staff, they do not loos their right to HAVE an opinion themselves. It is NOT an abuse of power to have an opinion and state that opinion AS A MEMBER even tho they are staff. IF they break any rules they should be subject to the same consequences as anyone else who breaks a rule, however. They may also have to correct someone in the same thread who has broken a rule, which complicates things.
You should say something if you feel you want to. If you want to check the wording on anything you plan to say, or ask for help with wording, I am sure any of us here would be happy to help with that. =)
