I thought that was a good Question, however, I think I know what the answer will be....
100 is max, admins and mods once reaching this level are as far as they can go in the rep departement. Once reached and effort and caring persist, shows the rest of the community how dedicated they are when there is no further to go but helping others, and that my friends all there is to it.
