IC: Marik got dressed, and found a note on the table. It read “gone to work. Emergency meeting. Be back by Monday. -dad. PS: don't go out without a light.” Marik looked out the window and sighed. It was raining. His father, a mage, was probably out fixing a castle roof or something. Marik sat down, and was instantly bored. He grabbed a lamp out of the trunk by the door, and pulled on a coat. He practiced one of the only spells he could do, a elemental control spell the willed a flame out of the lamp. He could use the flame to damage enemies. “alright, I'm outta here.” he muttered to himself, and started climbing down the mountain into the land of hyrule below.
