Ok, It's been a week or so. Time for my next review.

I know it's a bit late, but...

Skrall Review

The Build

Upon finishing the five-minute build of Skrall, you are shocked to discover that it is NOT an Inika clone. Well, scratch that. Not ENTIRELY an Inika Clone. The legs and arms are the same, but the body is new. It's a nice change of pace, although when you finish admiring lego's brief burst of creative design, you notice that Skrall seems a bit skinny for an unstoppable warrior. Although, as Kiina has shown, a non-Inika clone build generally makes the set much thinner.

8.5/10

Playability
The playability is pretty nice, but the head can't bend far back, and-

WHAT THE....?! THE LIFE COUNTER IS ON HIS FOOT??

Seriously...you can't do much with the life counter. I mean, I know there isn't anywhere else to put the counter, but it would have been nice if lego had slightly altered this mysterious non-Inika clone build and put it on the back like every other set.

But putting those problems aside, not much to complain about. He manages to get in a shield, sword and Thornax Launcher with only two arms. Although the shield is a bit small...and unlike BM Comic #1 shows, you can NOT throw the shield like a throwing star and defeat an enemy Glatorian.

8.7/10

Price
I''ve already stated enough times that I hate the $13 price tag on Glatorian. I mean, they cut it to $10 at Target, but over 9 months after I bought it...still, at least your getting something for your money.

6.7/10

Overall

One of the Top 5 sets this year. Though he falls short to his cousin set Stronius, the new $10 price tag definately makes this set a Top 5 canister of the year.

Pros:

*gets sword, shield and Thornax launcher on two arms =D
*Good posability
*good value for money, assuming you paid $10 for it
*Nice Build

Cons:
*lame mask
*is that a shield or a huge birthmark?
*Life Counter on foot DX

by that logic, cheese graters do not exist, as they are not graters made of cheese.
