Well... I think I can answer that at least!
Just don't try to breath hard... Allow yourself to breath deep inhalations, and shorter exhalations, that way you get more oxygen to your vital organs (like the violin).
Has anyone else tried fox-running? It's where, instead of running heels first (cow walking.), you run toes first. Hey. Worked for me. My agility suddenly increased, and I could run distances I never could have thought possible before that. Next time one of you are on the track, I want you to run barefoot, toes first. Ignore the odd looks, 'cause you'll probably run faster than any of them.
