Actually, I asked a LMB moderator on LMB in the "Ask the mods" forum, and the reply was; You're right Mahri, that's top secret information that I'm not allowed to tell you, which pretty much says it's being worked on. Then about 3 days later, the mod qouted my message to say that rank 11 was not coming out... with the release of LU.

But that second could just be denying those rumours about it coming out with LU. Never really made sense anyway; since there's two separate project teams for them, likely.

The problem with that is that they all work for LEGO I think; since it's a web project, it'll likely be done in-house, instead of outside like games.

Here's my idea of Rank 11:
Since LEGO hates CRX, apparently, they turn him into a networker who can't rank up. He's there to give you a new module: The Networkater. It is an ancient device used to turn people into networkers. There's also another networker, named gecho. He has been exiled from an alternate universe and has come to do stuff. You go through the rank, either joining CRX or gecho. If one joins CRX, MLNetwork stays MLnetwork. If you join gecho, MLNetwork becomes MLNitwit....
