I entered this in a contest somewhere, the criteria was to build from a Lego kit something different. I thought I did pretty good, for I only had 6 pieces left over. I could have put them there, but hey, I had a vision.

It's my Train Crane, and I think these pics give a little more justice than the last ones I took. At the risk of repeating myself, the BNSF line and every other one for that matter, needed maintenance, on tracks, bridges, and de-railments. this crane did it all.

The boom slides back btw and the sliding door works, the engineer is Nick and the labourer is Dave.

An MOC from LEGO's 10133, not one piece added, yet six didn't make it....

I spent a great deal of time trying to figure out how I would look the crane had a boom, that worked, and even harder, tried to come up with a way to show simulated Line. Lego as always, almost builds itself..

Don't ever think it can't be done, you'll be wrong...

I truly wanted to leave this alone for as long as I could, what an honour, to have the one and only R8 respond and say nice things about your MOC, just to see his name on a topic you created is blessing in itself..............

Anybody buying this?

Thanks Rak, build on my friend...Can't wait for your next one.  Smiley

It comes as no surprise that this is a fabulous build, legodac. You have poured your heart out in bricks once again, a true artist always. Thank you for sharing.

Nice! You usually do a great job on all of your creations. I see that you've been more active here lately as well.

Come to think of it, the way you made the crane part was pretty sweet...
