Alex walked into the Capitol, a frown on his face, as the markings appeared to be changing, and expanding.
"Any luck?" Alexis chimed in, and Alex shook his head, still unable to figure out what had caused the sudden outburst of... whatever that thing was, or why the markings were both appearing more, and were actually visible. What they didn't notice, however, was that the armoured being from before was standing behind them, the others oblivious to it's presence.

OOC: I forget everything I've said about this plot, so if it seems I'm retconning things, I likely am. =P
