[Flipz]

While Kora berates Shiza, Justin runs off the specs for Carrie.  "Of course, it isn't finished yet...I still need to put it together."  He looks hopefully at Carrie.  "Would you be interested in assisting me?"

OOC: He gets more nerdy when he's nervous. 

[The Truth]

(Shiza): *to Carrie* "Justin likes you."

[Flipz]

Justin: "Uh, I, er, uh..."  *reaches into toolkit* "Want a hammer?"

OOC: Oh, yes, this will end well. XD

[The Truth]

(Shiza): "Just kiss her!"

[Flipz]

Justin hides his face behind a control panel.  Servo helpfully projects a penguin suit onto himself and flies past Shiza, toward Leo.  He then projects a penguin suit onto Leo.

[The Truth]

*Shiza chases Leo around with a chainsaw*

[Flipz]

Servo's "perverse humor" circuits activate, and he projects penguin suits onto everyone except Carrie and Justin.

OOC:

[The Truth]

*Shiza runs around trying to decide who to chase, and finally decides to go after Servo*

[Flipz]

Servo projects a hologram over himself so he looks just like Shiza.  He then flies right next to Luna.

OOC: You do realize that "everyone except Justin and Carrie" includes Shiza, right?

[The Truth]

OOC: Yes.

IC: *Shiza gets bored and falls asleep*

[Flipz]

Justin has attached the complete left leg, the torso, the right thigh and femur, and the upper left arm of his mech.  He notices Kora looking bored.

"Hey, Kora, want to lend a hand?"

[The Truth]

"WOULD I!"

[Flipz]

Working together, the two manage to put the mech together.  It looks impossibly sleek and awesome.  Justin jumps in the cockpit and asks, "Hey, Kora, do you guys have a training area?  Or some other way I could calibrate the controls?"

OOC: Actually, it's just a thinly disguised excuse to take the Quicksilver for a joyride. XD

[The Truth]

"Ask Carrie, not me."

[Flipz]

Justin blushes, then pilots his mech over to Carrie.

"Hey, Carrie, do you happen to know where I might locate a facility where I may calibrate the functions of the Quicksilver, so I can be sure of its operational readiness?"

OOC: Aaaand cue the nerd. 

[The Truth]

(Kora): "I can do that for you!"

[Flipz]

Justin: "Ok. Just don't scratch the chrome!"  Justin hopped out of the cockpit and skated down the arm, trying to impress Carrie.  He fell flat on his face.  He picked himself up and dusted himself off as Kora climbed into the cockpit.  "I hope I get a chance to test this beauty out soon!" he said.

OOC: "I hope I get a chance to test this beauty out soon!" he I said.

*Kora begins work*

Carrie had blushed slightly at the other comments, but luckily no-one noticed in the mayhem that followed involving Shiza. Carrie then thought for a second, and slightly smiled.
"There's a training centre in the next building." Carrie said, as she motioned to a hangar door at the far end.
"The buildings are connected so it wouldn't raise any alarms to people outside." Carrie added, and thought for a moment.
"Might do some good to test out the other mechs, as well."

OOC: *Looks back* Psst, Flipz, you missed Sera's reply. =P It was in the same one where Carrie realized her order was here, just before Justin came in. =P

"Great!" Justin said.  As soon as Kora finished the calibrations, he jumped back into the cockpit and started towards the training area.  "Perhaps we can divide into teams and get in some combat practice.  Anyone up for a round of Capture-the-Flag in mechs?"

"Wow, a rebel base?  That is, like, sooooo cool," she said, wincing mentally.  I am so glad I eliminated that fool who taught me how to talk like this, she thought. Still, it's a useful guise.  They will not suspect anything from such a display.  "Soo, like, when do we leave?  Mon capitaness?"
