Lloyd growled, as he gripped the controls of his mech, and became serious.
"That's it..." Lloyd said with another hint of a growl, as his eyes suddenly changed.
"OVERDRIVE!" Lloyd yelled out, as the Silencer quickly sped toward the mech that fired the missile, stabbed it, quickly pulled the sword out of the mech, and then backflipped away from the explosion. Lloyd then had the Silencer quickly fire five consecutive shots from his Beam Rifle during the backflip, which hit five different Imperial Remnant mechs. Lloyd then landed and slid to a stop right beside where Rose's mech was.
"Are you okay?" Lloyd asked, as he glared at the Imperial remnants, and continued to fire multiple shots at different targets.
I can definitely see a vast improvement in the handling of this mech... Is it the handling of the mech; or am I just slow to respond without OverDrive?

(Rose): "Wow, Lloyd. That was impressive! ♥"


(Queen of the Empire): *via transmission*  "Don't stop! Press the attack! Wipe them out!"

"Thanks." Lloyd stated, as he had the Silencer drop it's beam saber, and then on the same movement, grabbed it's second Beam Rifle, and fired five shots from each at the approaching enemy forces, which hit ten different mechs of the Imperial Remnants, and each shot went through the mechs behind them. Needless to say, there were lots of explosions after Lloyd's action.

(Rose):

(Imperial Commander): "Press the attack! Better to die here than at the hands of the Queen!"

(Adrian): "Not that I don't like fighting, but do I HAVE to have a mech that looks like a clown?"

(Jared): "Yes."

"Yes." Lloyd stated, reinforcing Jared's decision. Lloyd tossed his Beam Rifles to the side, and then drew his Beam Saber, and grabbed the other from off the ground, as he rushed forward into the oncoming Remnant forces, and then sliced through the opposing Mechs as if slicing through water.

[The Truth]

(Imperial Commander): *realises he's the only Remnant Soldier left* "uh oh."

Lloyd growled, and then ran at the commander, as he twirled his Beam Saber in his hand. However, after a little while of doing that, Lloyd tossed the saber at the Commander, as it was still spinning, aiming to send it slicing right through the mech.

*Commander's Mech explodes*

(Rose): "Sweet."

(Adrian): "I think there's a live beaver in my mech."

Lloyd sighed.
"Shiza, have you been putting animals into our mechs... again..." Lloyd said, and blinked, as he sighed.
"Anyone... Mind... helping me...?" Lloyd said, as he mech collapsed to the ground, and he fell asleep from using OverDrive twice in a single day, which caused him to be exhausted.

[The Truth]

Lloyd falling asleep caused his mech to topple over, however, Rose's mech caught it.

Barry scowled.
"Lloyd got all the fun... Couldn't he have at least left us a couple mechs to destroy?" Barry mumbled over the comm link, obviously a bit annoyed at having gotten woken up for nothing.

(Queen of the Empire): *transmission to all rebel mechs*: "Rebel scum. Prepare to face the new prototype mechs. And Adrian, remember the supersoldiers? Well...all the others want a piece of you!"

"... Okay, maybe I spoke too soon." Barry said, and then thought, and smirked, as he opened a comm link to Lloyd.
"LLOYD, WAKE UP! QUIT BEING LAZY AND GET UP AS WE NEED YOU!" Barry shouted at Lloyd over the comm link, though that didn't do much aside from Lloyd grumbling inaudibly, though continued to sleep, which caused Barry to become annoyed.

*A few dozen highly-advanced mechs appeared*

Barry growled.
"Set Lloyd's mech down somewhere; looks like we'll have to fight without him..." Barry said, as he grabbed a Rocket Launcher, and aimed it at the new Mechs. Drake frowned, as he dual wielded his Beam Saber with his Flamethrower, not exactly liking the chances of fighting with just the forces there, against these apparent 'super soldiers'.

OOC: Make the fight last for a little while... I've got an awesome idea to unveil the ability I was mentioning to you.

[The Truth]

*Rose gently places Lloyd's mech down*

*Adrian, Leo, and Jared prepare to fight*

(Kora): "Shouldn't Luna be back by now?"

(Leo): "She'll probably be back soon."

Iris sighed, as she looked over at Lloyd's mech. She then looked back toward the fight, and drew her Beam Staff with a frown.
I don't... Know if we can win without Lloyd's help... Iris thought, as she gripped the Beam Staff, and prepared to fight.

Lloyd floated in a void that alternated between being coloured black and white. Eventually, the void settled on a middle ground of grey, as a figure cloaked in light appeared.
"Lloyd. Do you see what's happening?" The figure asked, though Lloyd didn't answer, and simply floated on the spot, while being able to see what happened next in the fight.

OOC: And I accidentally typed Tuna instead of Luna.

IC: The Remnant Prototype Mechs attacked.

Barry and Drake attempted to use their long range weapons to keep the prototypes at bay, however, that didn't exactly work, as the prototypes burst through the smoke and fire respectively. Drake growled, and slashed out at one of the Prototypes, but the attack was blocked easily. Iris wasn't having any better luck, but was able to block attacks with her Beam Staff.

"You see? Your friends are fighting for you. However... This is also your choice. Will you allow them to sacrifice themselves... Or will you defend them? Choose carefully... Your friends, and their world, may very well depend on your choice. If you can't think, ask yourself this... What are you fighting for?" The figure stated, and then disappeared. Meanwhile, Lloyd simply floated in the now-shifting void again, as he considered those words, and what was going on with the newly-restarted battle...

OOC: Okay, maybe it's not gonna take as long, but... Well, they're uber powerful. =P

[Flipz]

Bailey was the first to arrive at the site of the battle.  "OK, where did you last see Justin?  We'll start from there.  He likes shiny things, so his mech is probably covered in chrome or something similar.  Look for anything that shines or sparkles."  She began wading through the rubble, shifting it aside in her search.
