Bartok dropped the sword and pulled out a grenade.

"You do realize you'll just kill both of us, right?" Lloyd asked, as he raised an eyebrow.

Bartok dropped the grenade, then activated a concealed jetpack and was gone.

"... I hate you." Lloyd said, and jumped back, but was lucky enough that the floor collapsed at that moment. that didn't stop the explosion from affecting a large chunk of the building however, and Lloyd braced for the impact... However, there was no impact, as a mech shielded most of the blast.
"... Huh?" Lloyd blinked, and looked up, as shock appeared in his eyes, as he saw General Vox, and massive conflicting thoughts and memories flew through his mind.
"What... The?" Lloyd wondered, as he finally realized something really messed up was happening.

(Rose): "...How did we get from the school..."

(Adrian): "To a marshmallow factory?"

"Go. You do not belong here." The general said, and Lloyd opened his mouth to say something, but changed his mind, and simply nodded, as everything began to fall apart again, even the mech.
"GO!"

Lloyd snapped his eyes opened, and quickly sat up, and looked around. He then frowned, as something seemed... Different. However, that thought was pushed out of his mind, as he saw he was laying in front of the new Rebel headquarters.
"It was all... False." Lloyd said, but then frowned.
"But, how did I get here, from the school?" Lloyd wondered, as he recalled what he had been doing before that false stuff started up.

"It worked." Carrie said, and then stumbled forward with a grunt. She gripped her shoulder with a wince, and then weakly chuckled, as she turned around.
"... Looks like I kinda... used too much energy there... Or maybe it was the Soul Energy..." Carrie said, but then smiled.
"I know now what happened." Carrie said, and started to cough, and frowned.
"Look for the rock. The secret lab. The..." Carrie said, and coughed again, as she frowned.
"Tell it 'OmegaDeltaPhi'. The entrance i-" Carrie said, and suddenly gasped, as she collapsed to the ground, and simply looked up at the others for a moment, before she closed her eyes, and laid still.

OOC: Whoops. Maybe that wasn't the best thing to do after all. =P it does let me advance her character story, though, so...

Adrian sweatdropped. "Sorry."

Lloyd looked over to Adrian, and his eyebrow twitched slightly, as he stood up, and pushed the super soldier out of the way.
"Say, I think there's been something that has been constantly been put off due to interruptions." Lloyd said to Rose, with a smile.
"Will you go out with me?" Lloyd asked, as nearly dying was not a good thing, and put things into perspective, especially since he realized Rose was part of the reason he noticed something was wrong back at the school.

*Rose blushes*
"Y-YES!"

(Adrian): "Well, I did get to date her last time, so I suppose this is only fair."

(Jared): "How did I end up here? Wasn't I just on a mission in the middle of the desert?"

(Leo): "Jared, I just thought I'd tell you that Shiza blew up your bedroom to make room for a swimming pool."

OOC: Adrian really does like Rose, but he also sees this "competition" between himself and Lloyd as a sort of game.

"Alright then. Any time that's good for you?" Lloyd asked, curious.

A bead of sweat ran down the back of Lloyd's head, as Shiza came out of no-where.
"Hmm." Lloyd said, as he thought for a moment.
"Any places where we're not likely to be attacked?" Lloyd asked, as he wasn't sure.

Lloyd sighed, and then grabbed Shiza's shoulder, as he tried to pull Shiza off of Rose.

(Rose): "Just find something shiny to distract her."

Lloyd thought, and then took out a fragment of diamond that was oddly in his pocket, and tossed it in front of Shiza, as it glittered as it bounced.

Lloyd, seeing that Shiza was distracted, motioned to Rose.
"Quickly, to the mechs!" Lloyd said, and then paused.
"Oh, wait, they're who knows where still. Then, uh... Well, I did find that Hover-Jeep that I was planning on taking for a test-drive soon... To the Hover-Jeep!" Lloyd corrected himself, and ran toward the garage.
