Man, I just enchanted the most AWESOME sword! Sharpness II, Knockback II, AND Fire Aspect II!  And for only 20 levels, too! Win! 

EDIT: And for 19 I got Efficiency II, Unbreaking II, and Fortune I!  And that Fortune I?  Gave me over a stack and three quarters glowstone dust from just TWO formations (and relatively small ones at that)!

My grinder is consistently gaining me 10 or so levels every 30 seconds, provided I wait a few minutes to start.  Yeah-uh!

Splash Potions of Health hurt undead enemies, so you can use that to wipe out the contents of your grinder easily.

Do Weakness potions work on Blaze?  Because if not, it's gonna be a while before I can brew anything else; I don't have access to Nether Wart until I can close off my Blaze spawner.  (I don't want to destroy it for obvious reasons, but I can't take a step outside my protected hallway without getting jumped by Blaze.  Then the ghasts show up...)  I'll have to enchant some fire protection armor if not, which means a few more iron swords' worth of zombies...

All potions have normal effects on Blazes.

Also, yesterday Notch announced that he is stepping down as lead developer of Minecraft and passing the position on to Jeb! He is going to take a brief break and then work on another Mojang product. He will still work on Minecraft, but it will no longer be his major project and he will no longer have total creative control.

There's a petition on LEGO Cuusoo to make Lego Minecraft sets. A link posted by Mojang (Who are in favor of the idea) attracted so much traffic the Cuusoo site crashed.

Lego has said that they are interested in the prospect. Fingers crossed, everybody!

(Though I don't know how this would work.)

Sounds like you need to reinstall the graphics drivers that came with your computer.

Have you tried going back to a restore point?

Yes.. and like I said, it works/ worked for LU.. and still works for roblocks.
I am hoping there 's a slot for an upgraded graphics card.
I still have the radeon I took out of my other comp..the X300 if it can be slotted should be better than the GMA950 that's part of the i945 chipset.

I actually have a server that my friends and I play on, but, uh, my friends and I play on it.

There's an awesome server at play.minecraftcc.com, it's kid friendly (no cursing or anything allowed), and they have 6 different worlds in one (build, survival, nether, pvp, games, and spheres). The moderators are really good too, they catch cheaters almost instantly so the people that are left on the server are all nice and play fair.



EDIT>> Oh yeah.. we got Mak's comp adjusted. it was in properties. advanced.. and the slider had to be moved down.
