THIS WORKED!! You might also try changing the path of minecraft just to see if it has any effect. Make a folder in the C: folder titled Minecraft. In that new folder, place the Minecraft.exe you download from minecraft.net/download, as well as a folder titled One, (or whatever you want but you would need to change code to match). After this, go back to windows, rightclick and create new text document. In notepad, type Code:
set APPDATA=C:\Minecraft\One C:\Minecraft\Minecraft.exe
Then save that file as RunMinecraft.bat
Then when you double click that file, It will open up minecraft and save all minecraft files to the different directory (in this case c:\minecraft\one\.minecraft)
