Discuss the Rock Band series here.
I've heard you can use the PS2 controller on RB 2; if you hold left as it's starting... I can't just yet, but if anyone could confirm or deny this beforehand, then that'd be nice. =P Otherwise, I'll have it tested within the next few days.

2. I've never played the series before, partly because I have none of the instruments. =P

A cheap way to get around it is to get a headset that has a microphone on it  Works the same as standard microphone does. |

Yeah? Are there any cheap ones that are USB powered? I have an old headset myself; but it's only got the oooooold Microphone jack plug. The one that goes with the headset plug.(Granted, my speaker system has that too, but that's only because it allows compatibility with said microphone plug. =P) I had found a USB Microphone; cheap too(I ignore the XBox 360 part, since a USB Microphone is a USB Microphone. No matter what Microsoft says.  )... But it was too far away from me to be a viable option. =/ |

I think it has everything to do with it. =P Last I checked, the gaming industry isn't going bankrupt... it's just a harder time due to various factors. Funny thing is; Activision realized that they were over-saturating the market with Guitar Hero and it's clones apparently; yet the CoD titles keep on coming. Sounds like Rock Band's not going anywhere anytime soon, though. |
