Breen? Weren't they the race that attacked Earth during the Dominion war? What was a Breen doing here?

For some reason Borca wanted to keep the conversation going, so after a long akward pause he said, "Its, uh, dark in here"
"I find it easier on my eyes, and makes it easier for me to meditate."
"It bothers your eyes? I would have assumed it wouldn't bother you, you know, with your suit and all..."
There was a chilly silence and then Thor replied in tones that were strangely hostile.
"I wear this suit as protection, it does not mean I do not use my actual eyes. I am a sentient being just as yourself, I am not some sort of android."
