Earlier today, talented lawyer Daniel Finch met a tragic death when his plane malfunctioned above the Atlantic. Reports say that he had been on a business trip, and was returning home when the accident occurred.
"It's just so...wrong." says Amber Green, chief mechanic for the plane in question. "My crew and I always worked so hard...It's amazing that a defect like that would get past us. And to think...a good man, dead because of that..."
Daniel Finch's employer, Alan Rosewater, has promised to do all he can for the family.

The Rosewater corporation's famous lawyer, Daniel Finch, will no longer be gracing courtrooms with his sharp tongue and razor wit, as a tragic plane crash ended a promising career this morning. Though facts are still shaky, it appears his corporate jet malfunctioned and crashed into the Atlantic. Mr. Rosewater could not be reached for comment.


A girl named Kaitlin may be the youngest person in her state to face the death penalty, as she stands accused of the cold-blooded and premeditated murder of both parents.
"I just don't know how it could be true." says Therissa Malvox, the family's next-door neighbor. "She was always such a happy and energetic little girl...I can't believe the murder was intentional. Tomas frowned slightly in empathy at the first three articles, as it just seemed sad, though the third article did catch his attention as Rosewater couldn't be reached for comment, despite the first two articles, but he was more curious about the fourth and fifth articles. The second of the two articles on Kaitlin was odd as being hosted on Geocities of all places, and he quickly looked at the date of the first of them, just to double check; as he opened a new search, and looked for info on Kitten, using her real name and fake name.

Searching for her under "Kitten"  promptly filled his screen with images. Some of cats, some of...other things.

On the other hand, the only result for her real name was a report on dental hygiene in Madagascar.

The dates for the articles on Kaitlin matched the expected dates, as did the ones for Sally.

I think I should talk to Sally again, and then stop stalling and talk to Kitten, this just seems odd. Tomas thought, as he glanced up at the vents.
