"Ahhh, I see..." Tomas said with a nod, but then wondered something.
"Do Kaitlin and Kitten talk often?" Tomas asked, but his look was getting somewhat downcast, as he realized that the shortness of the conversation was probably because he was in the vents.

"Ahh... I see." Tomas said with a halfhearted nod.
"I can leave the vents, if you want me to, I just thought it'd be cool to see how you got around, that's all..." Tomas said, as he sighed, and looked around for the nearest exit that didn't lead to Kate's room, because he felt that there was not really any way that this would end without a 'yes, leave now' response. That said, he wasn't concentrating, and so was more focused on getting out if he needed to than realizing that his door was, in fact, locked.

Sally paused  uncomfortably. "I...unn...I don't...want to make things awkward..."

"No, I don't want that either, which is why if this is making you uncomfortable, I'd change up that situation..." Tomas said with a shrug, though he was inwardly confused at how she was getting uncomfortable. And awkward.

Tomas paused for a moment, as he was confused.
Even if she's upset about the vent thing, why would she be getting this uncomfortable and awkward...? Tomas wondered, as he suddenly dawned on the possible answer.
Does she feel responsible herself for the awkwardness...? Tomas thought, and he looked back at Sally.
"Do you think you caused this potential awkwardness?" Tomas asked curiously, hoping she wouldn't react badly to the question and have him be wrong about what this was all about.

"Hey, it's not a big deal." Tomas said, and would shrug if he had've had room.
"This was the place where you could just go to get some breathing room." Tomas said, possibly intending the pun or not.
"Then I just suddenly show up, and well, kinda more crowded than normal." Tomas said with a chuckle, finding himself in a better mood all of a sudden, as he actually used logic to solve emotional issues for once.
"I blamed myself, because I never actually asked you, and this is pretty much your thing, as you said just now." Tomas said, though there was still something he wasn't certain of; why was she feeling so awkward when what had happened not long before never even really fazed her?

She smiled. "Actually...it's getting a lot less awkward."

"Though, two things... First off, I think I'm wanting to look into Kitten a little more, so I'm probably gonna ask her a few questions. Also, I know I asked earlier, but I got more info recently; you've never heard a thing about the Organization of Light, correct?" Tomas asked, not liking the fact that that letter had arrived; it had unsettled him a lot.

Tomas was inwardly confused, but shook his head.
"I was just asking about Kitten, since I was gonna ask her about things next." Tomas said, as there was definitely a slight reaction about the organization there... However, he never actually showed that.

"Oh. I thought you asked about something else too...guess I was really zoned out." She laughed. "Maybe it's because I'm not used to this whole 'social interaction' thing. Anyway, follow me." She led him to Kitten's room.
