Download the Steam Client and create an account (If you don't already have one), go to the store (in the client), search for "Portal", and then find the download button.

I meant, he has to use the technique he learned in Chamber 15. ;-)  That room is a bit nonintuitive at first, since the distinct visual cue isn't there this time, it's shifted to a slightly different form. Wink

EDIT: If you remember, it's just before the first missile room. Wink

While MLNO was down, I completed Advanced Chambers 13 and 14. Both were easy, especially Advanced Chamber 14. (Which, tbh, is more like 'Simplified Chamber 14'.)
