Gabriel deflected both blasts, but was hit by a series of blasts from Maria and Lily while he was busy blocking Rhea and Quincy's blasts.
The blasts had no effect.

Rhea swung to the side, to barely miss the attack from Gabriel, even as he casted another sword, in his left hand this time, and attempted to swing it upwards, mostly to distract him into loosening his grip, since he was still more mystified than anything of why he was doing this.

Rhea frowned, as he looked up at Gabriel, a look of mixed emotions that included confusion on his face.
"Why would he do that...?" Rhea asked, and then frowned, as he noticed a bracelet on the ground. Quincy followed his gaze, and then gasped, as she went over to it, and picked it up.
"Oh! I've been looking for this for a while!" Quincy said with a wide grin, as Rhea walked over, and looked at it curiously.
"That's strange... It's almost as if..." Rhea started to say, and his eyes widened, as he noticed a name on the bracelet, and cut off his sentence.
That's where I recognize the name from... But... Rhea started to say, and Quincy looked at him with a curious look on his face.
"What's wrong? As if what?" Quincy asked, and Rhea shook his head.
"Nothing... It's nothing." Rhea said, and then looked around the group.
"Well, this is definitely starting to get complicated. We need to go pound Dusk into the ground... It's obvious he knew all about this." Rhea scowled, sparing only a moment look back to where Gabriel had headed off to.

OOC: I kinda wish we had've gone, simply because it probably would've allowed more answers to be obtained. =P

Rhea nodded solemnly, as Quincy put on the bracelet. Rhea paused, as he looked at Quincy with a curious look on his face.
"Why did you come here, anyway?" Rhea asked, and Quincy shrugged.
"I got a message that there was a new caster around here, and to try and save the caster from either the Demons or Angels." Quincy explained, which didn't help alleviate Rhea's annoyance at Dusk.

OOC: Did I mention that you having Gabriel go after Quincy right after she was introduced makes total sense now? =P
