Rhea frowned, but sighed.
"Fine." Rhea said with a hint of a growl, as he was surrounded by an aura. He placed his hands in front of him, his badge held in his right hand as normal, as a blast began to form nearby. As the blast was charged up, his aura began to increase, and he then fired it at the target, intending to detonate it as it hit the bulls-eye.
