"So these tentacles are simply a distraction of sorts... Got it." Rhea said, as he ran forward once more, relying on his instincts for the most part, rage now in his closed eyes.
You picked the wrong gold to mess with... I will rescue them. And I will kill every single one of you! Rhea swore mentally, marking each of these monsters for death just like that.

Once Rhea was out of sight, Lord Genisus began to laugh.
"Such power...Such intensity. You will do nicely indeed, Rhea."
He turned and strode out of the warehouse, stepping over the unconscious Sellph.
"It is time for the Endgame."

OOC: Oh, don't worry; one reason I chose now to return to these is that I'm brimming with inspiration from the different anime shows I've been watching recently. =P

Rhea ran through the warehouse, headed through the different areas, as he approached the prison area, and then skidded to a stop outside the destroyed gate.
So, it's just beyond here, huh? Rhea thought, as he growled slightly.
I will get them back! Rhea mentally yelled, as he ran in, and winced. He could feel the monster notice him the moment he entered, as if it was piercing him with it's look. He felt the breath, and simply scowled.
That's it... It's weakpoint is right there. Rhea thought, as he dashed forward, and attempted to slash it quickly... However, before he could even approach it, he was grabbed quickly by the monster's tentacles.
"Grr... No! I won't accept this... Not like this!!" Rhea yelled out, as a glow of casting energy surrounded him. The energy expanded in a ball around him, disintegrating the tentacle where it was grabbing him, as he landed, and then glared upwards with his eyes still sealed shut.
"Come and get me now..." Rhea growled, as he ran forward, and, this time, dodged the tentacle, and jumped on it, running up it, as he dodged around the others as they tried to knock him off. As he did so, he jumped up, as soon as he felt he was close to the back of the neck.
"Now." Rhea muttered, and he flipped around and kicked out at the air to gather enough forward momentum to shoot forward, aiming to slice right through the back of the creature's neck and perhaps even destroy it with a reinforced Casting blast once he was done.

OOC: I'm assuming that's possible, yes. =P You never described the thing, after all. =P

OOC: I need new anime. Any others besides Attack on Titan you recommend?
 
IC: The creature's "neck" was 50 feet across, and the slice did very little.

"Well that was not good." Rhea muttered, as he jumped back, not entirely certain what to do right at that moment. Taking a step to re-evaluate the situation, he tried to listen for signs of where his friends might be at that precise moment, to know where not to have attacks be.

He could faintly hear a quiet, pained moan, probably from Lily.

Right... So Lily's there. Gotta avoid that spot at all costs. Rhea thought, as he altered his course to avoid the place in question, and then frowned.
What was genisus expecting me to figure out by the mouth comment? Rhea wondered, as he moved back to the front of the creature, and tentatively unleashed a rather large blast into the mouth of the creature.

OOC: I'm so tempted to do something epic because of SnK, but that's spoilers. =P

IC: The creature responded with a sound like a gallon of jello being dropped off a cliff.

Also, before I respond, trying to imagine that sound, not quite succeeding. =P

Rhea looked confused as to why the creature made such a sound, and then fired off two more blasts at the same area.

The creature screeched and retreated, dropping Lily and Maria to the ground-knocking them both out again.

"Did I give you permission to run?" Rhea said coldly, as he ran over to where the two girls were, getting in front of them slightly, as he took aim, and fired at the creature once more; due to it's size, it was likely to take a while in retreating and turning; he was hoping to use that as his chance for another, more fatal, attack.

Rhea narrowed his eyes, as he created a cast energy barrier around the three to block the tentacles, though he was still pushed back, and the ceiling really didn't seem good.
What now? They're still not awake, and this thing has the potential to overpower us all if left alone... Rhea thought, as he tried to figure out a plan quickly.

[The Truth]

(Lily, while stunned): "Mommy, I'm hungry."


The creature continued to strike at the barrier.

"Well then... This can't end badly at all..." Rhea muttered, as he had finally gotten it's attention. Rhea created another barrier around specifically Maria and Lily, and sighed.
"Sayonara." Rhea stated, as he dropped the barrier, and quickly unleashed a rather large casting blast right ahead of him, hopefully before the tentacles impaled him.

He heard a roar of pain...and the roof collapsed.
