1 scrap per two
Doesn't it only take take only two weapons to make one scrap?
I may have a natascha, along with a bunch of other items I am willing to trade, such as the winger, huntsman, natascha, jarate, bushwaka, mantreads, reserve shooter, righteous bison, postal pummeler, Holy mackerel, escape plan, dalokoh's bar, the bootlegger, persian persuader, the overdose, bazaar bargain, buffalo steak sandvich, equalizer, bonk! atomic punch, sharpened volcano fragment, big earner, cozy camper, cloak and dagger, righteous bison, dead ringer, gunslinger, warriors spirit, shahanshah, vita saw, and the enforcer.
About half of them are duplicates, others I don't need/use (like vita saw, I use crossbow/amputator as medic). I know it is a lot =P
