Passed, and the Land of the Free will lose just another little freedom.

Stopped, and Piracy will stay for another day.

Of course I oppose this, if it is passed the whole World Wide Web will be crippled. But I do get the idea behind it, piracy is a problem (just ask 17th Century Sailors Tongue), it needs to be stopped. But there are so many ways to stop it, without this over-the-top law being passed.
There is a way to stop the free, but there is no way to stop freedom (if you get that then I am profound Cheesy)
